Albi Zhubi has individually closed more than $125 million in career sales and contributed to more than $1 billion in transactions across new development, townhouses, condos, and co-ops. Over 12 years in New York real estate and nearly 500 transactions, she has developed particular expertise in the Brooklyn market. She brings an informed perspective on how design and the built environment can support healthier living.
Albi brings deep new-development experience, advising from the earliest stages of floor planning, unit mix, finishes, amenities, pricing, and marketing through on-site sales and negotiation. Her resale practice spans condos, co-ops, and multifamily properties, with a particular strength in identifying renovation and value-add opportunities for buyers, including architects and designers looking to create their own homes.
A native of Chicago’s North Shore and longtime Clinton Hill resident, Albi speaks English and Albanian. A former collegiate golfer, she is also passionate about animal rescue and mental health advocacy.
