Angela Smith is the Director of Operations for Gambino’s East Coast division, where she leads with unmatched precision and deep industry knowledge.

Prior to her current role, Angela worked internally at Compass, where she played a key role in establishing and scaling the company’s presence as a founding team member in the Westchester region. She later transitioned to the Transaction Operations side of the business, where she was instrumental in ensuring compliance and accuracy across Westchester, Hudson Valley, and NYC.

With a strong background in real estate and a specialized focus in operations, Angela ensures that every aspect of the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
