Justin Polsinelli Montero was born into a family of real estate professionals. He had the good fortune of learning the fundamentals at an early age. Justin officially began his real estate career as a young teen, interning at several national and local firms. He experienced the inner workings of the industry by having worked alongside some of the most innovative leaders and brings new energy to Gambino Group.
As a Division 1 soccer player at Canisius College in Buffalo, where he was recruited, Justin understands the importance of focus, discipline, and teamwork. His tenacity and competitive spirit drive him to get the job done, regardless of the challenges. Justin was instrumental in launching several new development projects in the city, including 114 Mulberry Street and Island House on Roosevelt Island. His hands-on approach enabled him to learn the intricacies of ground-up projects and the marketing involved to be successful. Justin is no stranger to construction sites. His professional knowledge and experience, along with his personal insight as a Manhattan native and resident, allow Justin to easily navigate clients around Manhattan and other boroughs.
Having not only a strong work ethic but also an intimate knowledge of market conditions and inventory, Justin is who you want to work with. Always staying abreast of new trends, keeps Justin at the top of his game. Being entrepreneurial by nature, Justin co-founded Dormless NYC, an online platform that offered a seamless way to transition students from a dorm to their first apartment. Building tons of relationships with schools as well as students, Justin leased over 90 rentals in a short period. No matter where you want to live, he is equipped to identify the best opportunities for you. He will expertly navigate the maze of nuances and guide you to the best neighborhoods for your unique needs. Interacting with people comes naturally to Justin, who also worked in hospitality. He is extremely determined to assist, always ready to listen, and willing to work hard until his clients are fully satisfied. He graduated with a degree in Business Management. and still loves the sport of soccer. Justin continues to coach the varsity soccer team at Xavier High School, in Manhattan, in his spare time.
